Most of my fiction reading these days comes in the form of comics and graphic novels.  This page is very much in progress.  In no particular order.

We3 | Grant Morrison
It has cuddly animals on the cover, but this book is horrifying, sad, and just a touch hopeful.  In a world where animal experimentation goes just a little too far, three stolen pets try to find their way back home.

Green River Killer: A True Detective Story | Jeff Jensen
As my book rec page probably shows, I like stories that are real.  They don’t have to be necessarily true, but this one is.  This massive tome tells the story of the Green River Killer, and his eventual capture.

Thor: The Trials of Loki | Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa
A fun little piece from Marvel that’s at once a collection of Norse myths, and the kind of batshit crazy that is Norse Marvel.

Y: The Last Man | Brian K Vaughan
The story of Yorick, the last man on earth, and his devious pet monkey, as they travel to find a solution for whatever it was that killed every mammal with a Y chromosome, except for him and Ampersand.

Kill Shakespeare | Conor McCreery
Very silly and witty, Kill Shakespeare takes some of the Bard’s best-known heroes and villains and puts them on an epic adventure to hunt and slay a wizard that has been plaguing their society.
